Forms needed for Closing ...
Listed below are all forms needed to complete a sales transaction for Tangerine Woods. Buyers must fill out all forms and sign where indicated. A check for $135* made out to TW Owners Assocation must be attached and returned with the paperwork. This will cover the fee for the application ($100) and the fee for a required name sign for the front of the home ($35*)
A copy of the signed sales contract is also needed for closing.
When all documents and check are received at the Office, we can then get Board approval for the sale and issue the estoppel letter for closing.
